Terms of Service

The service

EditPatra is operated by Axilerate Technologies (UDYAM-KR-03-0742189), a sole proprietorship registered in India. EditPatra curates the editorial pages of leading English and Hindi newspapers into per-paper PDFs for personal study. Content availability depends on publication: on newspaper holidays some or all titles do not print, and we provide whatever publishes that day.

Subscription & billing

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No payment details are required to start.
• Paid plans (₹149/month or ₹999/year) are one-time payments processed by Razorpay; each payment extends your access period. There is no auto-debit.
• You can stop anytime — access simply continues until your paid period ends. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

Personal use only

Your subscription is for your own study. You may not resell, re-publish, or mass-forward the PDFs or their contents — including into Telegram/WhatsApp groups. Downloads are watermarked with your account email; accounts found redistributing content may be suspended without refund.

WhatsApp delivery

Morning delivery is a best-effort convenience for paid subscribers. Delivery times can vary with newspaper availability and messaging-platform conditions. You can switch it off anytime in your preferences.

Fair use & account security

• One account per person; keep your password confidential.
• Automated scraping of the service or attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
