EditPatra

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 July 2026

EditPatra (“we”, “us”) provides curated newspaper editorial pages to subscribers. The service is operated by Axilerate Technologies (UDYAM-KR-03-0742189), a sole proprietorship registered in India, which is the data controller for the information described below. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you register.
  • Delivery preferences: your WhatsApp number, only if you opt into morning delivery.
  • Payment records: payments are processed by Razorpay; we store the order reference, plan, and amount — never your card or bank details.
  • Usage basics: standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) kept briefly for security and debugging.

How we use it

  • To operate your account, trial, and subscription.
  • To deliver the day's editorials to your WhatsApp when you opt in.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Where it lives

Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and file storage) and Railway (application hosting). WhatsApp messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, subject to Meta's own terms. PDFs you download are watermarked with your account email to discourage unauthorised redistribution.

Cookies

We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can change your delivery preferences or turn them off anytime from your plan page. To access, correct, or delete your account data, email support@editpatra.com and we'll act within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note the new date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
